2022 ThinkNW Marketing All-Star: Jasmine Donovan, President & CFO of Dick’s Drive In

Dick Spady, one of the founders of Dick’s Drive-In, business philosophy was: step 1, make a profit; step 2, invest in your employees and step 3, invest in the community. His granddaughter, Jasmine Donovan the President and CFO of Dick’s Drive-In Restaurants, has continued that philosophy as a member of their Executive Team since 2013 and in her current role since 2019.

For almost seventy years, Dick’s Drive-In has been a restaurant staple in the Puget Sound area. In addition to providing a quality menu, Dick’s has prioritized their employees as key stakeholders in customer engagement and retention. This virtuous cycle has set Dick’s brand apart for years, and their company’s impact on the community (starting with the team) is immeasurable.
